These boxes are just under 6 inches by 3 and 1/2 inches and weigh just under 5 ozs. Made here in Appleby by Steve from high quality Padauk these boxes are both fit for the task, being lightweight and durable and are just beautiful. The wood has a lovely feel and will go darker over time as it develops patina from use. They open to 90 degrees and hold open at this point and do not flop shut, whilst closure afterwards is neat and magnetic. We have used 100kg high density EVA foam on the insides, so that they are durable. They are designed to fit into waders or spey jackets and hold your flies for the day.
On the back of the box we put your name and mobile telephone number engraved as standard, however within reason we could put virtually any message. Similarly on the front we have the Tufton Logo but if you wanted a batch for your own firm or any other reason we could probably do it!!!
