Coravin – Mature, with deep, intense flavors, well structured, balanced tannins. Still has a few years remaining, but time to drink!

From a magnum- slowoxed all day and then brought to an event, so no decanting. The wine was extremely dark and the nose was showing a blast of red and black fruits surrounded by a hint of cloves, cinnamon, orange rind and a bit of tar. Finished with a hint of baking spices. Totally in balance and the fruit was so prevalent that it was such a joy to drink. Much, much better than the 750ml bottles from my case. All purchased on release and stored side by side. 93+. This wine still has room to improve and develop further.
