A 2003 with huge acclaim from the Two Hands Winery. A critique of 98 Points on cellar tracker, Garnet-purple, opaque, minimally brown edges. Very viscous. Sweet black cherry, blackberry aroma with some herbal and smoky components. Elegant and complex. Very rich and full-bodied flavors, highly extracted, somewhat hot, but very well balanced, so the tannin does not predominate over the fruit. Long but slightly hot aftertaste. One of the best Aussie cabs I’ve ever had…great to drink now, doubt it can possibly get any better, but should easily last 5-10 years. 2018.

A really serious 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon from Robert Twelftree at Two Hands. A massive 96 from the critics and good value to boot!
