Growing their grapes on slopes overlooking Solutre, one of the finest of all the Pouilly Fuisse villages, Sylvie and Jean Pierre Seve have a small 1.2ha plot of Macon Solutre. The resulting wine is bursting with fresh apple aromas and hints of tropical fruits. Slightly buttery on the palate with a good acidity.
